Learn the basics

The more you windsurf, the more you will realize how much there is to learn. That’s why we’ve put together a guide on the basics to help you out if you’re still a beginner or just need to re-fresh on some of the basics.

Wind awareness

The first thing you need to learn in windsurfing is how to use the wind to control the position of the sail and board. Understanding how to maneuver the board is crucial to your successful progress in the sport.
